5th and 6th Grade: October 11, 2017

During class today, we continued practicing phrases with "quiere" and "puede."  We played a game in small groups to review how to make phrases with "quiere" and "puede."  After the game, we read a short story to introduce our new unit.

Ask your student:
  • What does "rebote" mean?  Did your team get any "rebotes"?   (Rebote means rebound.  In our game, a team earned a "rebote" if they were able to answer a question correctly that another group had answered incorrectly.)
  • What was your short story about in Spanish class?  (It was about a man named Señor Quexada who only wanted to read books about knights.)
