This week, we played "Pasa Pedro" (Pass Pedro...it's like Hot Potato). When the music stopped, Señora Brouwer would hold up an animal. Whoever had Pedro had to say what the animal was in Spanish or say something about it (color, action verb) in Spanish. We had a lot of fun!
Ask your student:
- What animals do you that can canta? (In class, we talked about frogs, birds, and roosters.)
- What does a rooster say in Spanish? (Instead of cocka-doodle-doo, they say quiquirriqui!)
