4th/5th/6th Grade: November 4, 2015

This week, we learned all about not one, but TWO "amigas del día." (Friend of the day).  We practiced learning our Bible memory verse (Psalm 100) in Spanish...even adding verse 4 this week.  We also learned some new vocabulary words for our Bible story unit.  Over the next few weeks, we'll learn more words to eventually talk about a Bible story all in Spanish. Today, one of the students guessed what story it is!

Ask your student:
  • Who were the "amigas del día" in Spanish class today?  What is one thing you learned about each of them?  (This week, we had two amigas del día.  Both are girls.  One loves to play board games and the other loves her family!)
This week's vocabulary:
  • Amigo del Día
    • Each week, we'll learn more about our classmates!  On the blog, I'll only list the words we learned in class that week.  However, I'm keeping a list of all of our Amigo del Día vocabulary.  Click HERE to view the entire list.
