Kindergarten: October 28, 2015

This week, we started a new unit in class!  Over the next few weeks, we'll be learning the names for various body parts as we talk about a scarecrow.  We learned a few new words, and we finished class by playing a game to review the words.

Ask your student:

• Do you remember the name of this new friend? (Espantapájaros - Scarecrow) 

This week's vocabulary:

• espantapájaros - scarecrow
• tiene - he/she has
• la cabeza - the head
• las piernas - the legs
• los brazos - the arms
• el estómago - the stomach

Homework:

• Bible Memory Verse!
• Canten al Señor con alegría, toda la tierra.  Salmos 100:1 (cien, versículo uno)
• Audio version (the audio version includes more than just the first verse, but it may still be helpful for Kindergarten students)
