Kindergarten: September 14, 2016

This week, we continued our first unit in class.  We reviewed the words we learned last week, and learned how to say "eyes" and "ears" in Spanish.  Like last week, we played a few games to practice and sang some songs.  We also began practicing our Spanish Bible memory verse.  

Ask your student:

• Can you show me where your "ojos" and "orejas" are?  (Ojos are eyes and orejas are ears.)

Vocabulary
New this week:

• los ojos - the eyes
• las orejas - the ears

Review:

• la cabeza - the head
• los hombros - the shoulders
• las piernas - the legs
• los pies - the feet
• tiene - he/she has
• se levanta - he/she stands up
• se sienta - he/she sits down
• rápidamente - quickly
• lentamente - slowly

• Bible Memory Verse:
• Háganlo todo en el nombre de Jesús.  Colosenses 3:17
• Shortened version of our (HC)2 Fall memory verse:  "Do everything in the name of Jesus."
