Kindergarten: October 15, 2014

This week, we continued our new unit all about zoo animals.  We'll be learning the names of animals in Spanish.  We'll also learn to talk about things that the animals DO.  For more information on our Animal Unit, click HERE.

Ask your student:

  • What were the 3 animals you talked about in Spanish class?  Do you remember how to say their names in Spanish?  (el tigre=the tiger, el oso=the bear, la tortuga=the turtle)
  • What does a frog do?  Or ask: "How do you say 'jumps' in Spanish?"  (Salta = he/she jumps)
