- Mangú Recipe (Traditional mashed plantain breakfast)
- Morir Soñando Recipe (Traditional orange juice and milk drink. Several students mentioned that they don't drink dairy milk, so I'll make two versions: one following the recipe listed, the other version replacing the milk and sugar with canned coconut milk.)
Ask your student:
- What is a favorite sport on Mackinac Island? How about the DR? (Golf is popular on Mackinac Island, baseball is a favorite in the DR.)
