5th and 6th Grade: October 12, 2016

In class today, we played a game to practice all of the vocabulary and geography of Chile that we have been studying.  Then we read a few short paragraphs to review what we've learned and to learn about Chile's Independence day.

Ask your student:
  • Do you remember which words you had during the "Headbands" game?  Who did you have to try to find?  (Everyone had to figure out what word was on their forehead and find their match. For example, the person with "la Capital" had to find "Santiago.")
  • What is a ramada? (It's a Chilean independence day party!)
