Ask your student:
- Who were the "amigos del día" in Spanish class today? What is one thing you learned about each of them (This week, we had two amigos del día. A girl who likes to ride her bike, and boy who likes to practice archery.)
- How do most people in Spain decorate for Christmas? (The put up a "belén"...it's like a nativity set, but much bigger. It has Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus, shepherds, wise men, and animals, but also buildings, mountains, a lot of other people and animals, and even King Herod and his soldiers.)
