2/3: April 16, 2014

Today in class, we listened to the story of the Good Samaritan in Spanish.

Ask your student:
  • What does "No puedo ayudar" mean?  Why is that important in the story?  (It means "I can't help."  It's important because in the story two men refused to help the man who had been robbed.  Finally the Good Samaritan came and helped him.)
Today's vocabulary:
  • We reviewed all of our vocabulary from the past 3 weeks.  All of those words are used in this version of the story: 


Homework:
  • Bible Verse:  Mark 12:30 
    • Ama al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, con toda tu alma, con toda tu mente, y con todas tus fuerzas.  Marcos 12 versículo 30.
  • Practice the numbers Spanish numbers from 0-60 with these games!
    • As a challenge we tried playing THIS game as a class!
  • Sing along with our new song:  Yo tengo un amigo que me ama
