Kindergarten: February 7, 2018

In class today, we reviewed our outdoor clothing vocabulary one more time by making a life-size drawing together.  Next week, we'll finish the unit with a few games.

Ask your student:

• What color did was the "abrigo" in the drawing Señora Brouwer made in class?  (The abrigo - coat - was red.) 

Vocabulary: 
Words in bold are new this week, others are review

• el pantalón - pants/snow pants
• las botas - boots
• el abrigo - winter coat
• la nieve - the snow
• el gorro - the hat
• los guantes - the gloves

Note:  In Kindergarten, most of our Spanish homework consists of watching short videos or songs to reinforce the vocabulary we learn in class.

• Colors song!  It's a fast paced song, but a fun way to review colors in Spanish!
• Bible Memory Verse:  This semester we'll be memorizing Galatians 5:22-23 in Spanish!
