Kindergarten: February 14, 2018

In class this week, we played a few Valentine-themed games!  Next week, we'll begin a unit all about animals.

Ask your student:

• What game did you play with the paper hearts?  (To review colors, we played a memory game with paper hearts.  They were white on one side, and colored on the other side.)

Vocabulary: 
Words in bold are new this week, others are review

• los amigos - the friends
• los regalos - the gifts
• celebramos - we celebrate
• la amistad - the friendship
• compartimos - we share

Homework:

Note:  In Kindergarten, most of our Spanish homework consists of watching short videos or songs to reinforce the vocabulary we learn in class.

• Colors song!  It's a fast paced song, but a fun way to review colors in Spanish!
• Bible Memory Verse:  This semester we'll be memorizing Galatians 5:22-23 in Spanish!
