2nd and 3rd Grade: February 28, 2018

We finished our school supply unit with a fun reading and drawing activity.

Ask your student:
  • Can you show me the sentences you illustrated in class today?  Which sentence did you write?  (We started by illustrating some sentences together as a class.  Then students worked independently and in small groups to write and illustrate their own sentences.) 
Vocabulary:

  • los marcadores - the markers
  • los crayones - the crayons
  • la pantalla - the screen

  • las tijeras - the scissors
  • la mochila - the backpack
  • la silla - the chair
  • la mesa - the table
  • abre - he/she opens
  • cierra - he/she closes
  • el pupitre - the desk
  • saca - he/she takes out
  • guarda - he/she puts away
  • el lápiz - the pencil
Homework:
  • Quia Vocabulary/Language practice
    • Practice the numbers Spanish numbers from 0-60 with these games!
